These are the CLASSES for YOU!!!! All done within the comfort of your own HOME, all you need is a smartphone, iPad, or computer, yoga mat, and a blanket to get started.

Our classes are perfect for students of all ages, all body types, and all levels of yoga experience.  Let your instructor know what you have going on at the start of the class so she can make sure your yoga practice is being performed in the safest way.

All of our classes will include the practice of meditation with guided concepts and philosophies so you are learning the different facets Yoga and Ayurveda have to offer through an experiential learning process.
